Fortunately for us, they don’t get very far before trouble strands them
in a strange desert town that houses a psychedelic tea parlour, a go-go dancing
drag-queen cult and a very fortuitous water tower. Voluptuous Biker Babes is the kind of film Russ
Meyer might have made if he was working under the stern guidance of a 70’s era
John Waters. Ridiculously funny, vividly
coloured, delightfully costumed and surprisingly innocent this flick has a
strong emphasis on breasts both big and small but, um, especially on the
big. Director Carlos Batts is well aware
that the best natural breasts come courtesy of generous curves and he knows how
to shoot them to perfection. The action
is hot and heavy without being hardcore which means that this film can be
enjoyed by those who like it soft and sweet just as well as those who prefer it
down and dirty. All in all it’s a visual
treat and a titillating tribute to the everlasting appeal of a curvalicious
bod.
