We'll explore tantric concepts, breathing, postures and chakras and learn how to connect to the energetic kundalini force in your body. For novice or advance yoginis, singles or couples. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat or towel for yoga. All genders welcome.

- Workshops must be pre-paid. We suggest registering early as many workshops sell

- Participants may cancel up to 3 days prior to the workshop and receive a credit.
- No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations with less than 3 days notice.
- Sliding scale payment is available - let us know when you register.
- People 18 and over, of all orientations, and genders/sexes are welcome, except where noted.
- All workshop prices include GST.
- Most workshops are held in on site in our Toronto store, located at 175 Harbord Street.
