INTRODUCTION TO HOLD ME TIGHT
An introduction to the Hold Me Tight Program, designed to help couples transform their relationship and build the love map that’ll help take them to new heights. We’ll touch upon love, attachment, identifying emotional needs, four pillars of misunderstandings, avoiding negative dances which activate raw spots, importance of forgiveness, and building intimacy. Based on Dr. Sue Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT), click here for more information on this philosophy of relationships. All welcome. With Rebecca Rosenblat, Thursday, March 22, 7-9:30 PM.
HEART OF A GODDESS: SEXUAL SELF-FORGIVENESS
On the winding path of coming to know ourselves as sexual beings, most women* have endured experiences that were unpleasant at best and downright traumatic at worst. When we hold on to these experiences and blame ourselves, it interferes with our ability to feel comfortable and confident within our sexual expression. This workshop will explore the concept of sexual self-forgiveness by taking you on an introspective and interactive journey to release sexual shame and guilt. In a supportive circle, embrace the heart of a goddess and restore yourself back to emotional health and sexual self-acceptance. Women* only. With Shahrazad, Thursday April 12, 7-9:30pm
REJECTION RESILIENCE
Rejection comes in many forms. From a stranger’s “no” to a long-term partner’s disinterest, from an awkward sexual experience to relationship breakdown. In the face of rejection, how do you stay open and hopeful? How do you find the courage to take a risk when it’s easier to hide? You might be surprised to learn that befriending rejection — instead of keeping it away — is the key. In this workshop, you’ll use Emotional Intelligence tools and my recent book “Monster” to explore and transform your relationship to rejection. Expect to do some thinking, writing/drawing, playing, practicing, laughing, and to be read to. All welcome. With Karen B. K. Chan, Monday April 30, 7-9:30 PM.
BEYOND FEATHER TICKLERS: CREATIVE SENSATION PLAY FOR THE SEXUALLY ADVENTUROUS

All welcome. With Shahrazad. Wednesday May 9, 7-9:30 PM.
