Please note: For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns on any sex toys or menstrual products, even those that have been unopened or unused. (Surely you wouldn’t want us to sell you a toy that someone else had returned…)

If your product is defective, we can offer an exchange up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Please contact us at orders[at]goodforher[dot]com if your product is defective. If it has been more than 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly as many brands offer extended warranties.
