Whether you're just starting to notice shifts in your body, or you’re deep in the thick of it wondering, “Why didn’t anyone tell me this?”, this workshop is for you.

This workshop is body-positive, sex-positive, inclusive, and open to all women and people with uteruses navigating midlife hormonal shifts or wanting to learn about what is to come later in life. We will have time for discussion, sharing and collaboration.
