Shipping policy

We offer Free Standard Shipping for product orders over $100 within Canada and over $175 in the U.S. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.

How do you ship my parcel?

We package orders in plain discreet boxes and wrapping, and the return label says “GFH; 175 Harbord St Toronto, On M5S 1H3”. Our store name and logo do not appear on the outside of the parcel.

Information about the contents of the package do not appear anywhere on the outside of the parcel for orders being delivered within Canada. For parcels being delivered outside of Canada, we do need to include information about the contents on the outside of the parcel for customs, however we use discreet language such as “personal care product” or “health and wellness product”.

We ship using Canada Post or you can arrange for your preferred courier company or delivery service.

Shipping Times


Orders are processed Mon-Fri, excluding statutory holidays. Orders that are received by 11am are shipped out on the same day. Orders received after 11am are shipped out the following business day. Please see the below expected shipping times to ensure that you receive your order by the time you need it. We also offer same day courier for those in Toronto (please see below for more details) as well as express post for parcels within Canada and the USA. Same/Next Day Delivery:

We use a service for Same/Next Day Delivery called Dlvvr.  The service radius of Dlvvr is 20km from our location at 175 Harbord St. Toronto ON. 

Eligibility of Same/Next Day deliveries is calculated during checkout and based on the shipping address provided for your order. This process is automated using Dlvvr and we are unfortunately unable to make manual adjustments based on the location.

Within Canada:

Canada Post guarantees expedited (regular) shipping times of 10 business days within Canada. Those in cities and close to Toronto will have shorter shipping times. Those in remote rural or Northern areas may require longer delivery times. In our experience, outside of the rush of December, actual delivery times are much shorter. For guaranteed faster service, express post is an option, with 1-7 days delivery depending on location.


Shipping outside of Canada and the USA usually requires longer delivery times. Please contact orders[at] for estimated delivery times and shipping options.

If you are ordering products to be shipped as a gift and would like us to include a card with a special note in the parcel, please let us know in the comment section of your order.

In Store Pick Up 

If you are in Toronto, local pickup from our store (175 Harbord St.) is available during store hours. Please place your order online and select the Pickup option at checkout.

Signature Required Information 

**PLEASE NOTE: Canada Post is not requiring signatures upon delivery due to COVID-19. Your package may be left at the door, or a notification card may be left indicating where you can pick up your package.**

Please note that we automatically send all parcels within Canada with a signature required upon delivery, unless requested otherwise. This means, that if nobody is available to sign for the parcel at the shipping address at the time of delivery, Canada Post will leave a notification card, indicating which post office the parcel can be signed for and picked up at.

If you would rather the parcel be left at the shipping address, whether or not anybody is available to sign for it, you can put a note on your order form, letting us know that a signature is not required. Without a signature required, the parcel will be left at the door (or elsewhere if indicated on your order form) if nobody is at the address to receive the parcel at the time of delivery. Please note that at this point we have no control over whether it is picked up by the person at the address or someone else, and therefore cannot be held responsible for missing parcels after delivery.
