You may have heard a lot about the idea of ‘voting with your dollars.’ That’s been particularly common during the pandemic when small businesses were struggling to keep their heads above water for both their customers and their staff. At GFH, we tried our best to weather the storm and we couldn’t have done it without your support.
We wanted to do something that shows you how much we appreciate the support. We thought a good way to do that was to launch the GOOD VIBES PROGRAM, a loyalty program that allows to gives back to you for making the choice to shop with us
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY A ‘LOYALTY’ PROGRAM?
The idea of a loyalty program isn’t new. If you’ve ever had a Subway “stamp” card or a “punch” card at your local coffee shop, that’s a loyalty program. It’s basically something like “after 10 purchases, you get a free something-something”, well that’s what we’re doing!
If you sign up for our GOOD VIBES LOYALTY PROGRAM, you can receive “good vibes” (aka points) that you can use to redeem for discounts and other specialized promotions on future orders you make in-store and online.
OH NEAT! IS IT HARD TO SIGN UP?
We’re pretty stoked to get this rolling and wanted to make sure it wouldn’t be a big hassle for our customers to use it.
Step 1: Create/log in to your account
This is the first step, and it’s pretty crucial. In order for our program to record your purchases or activity, you need to either create an account or log into an existing account.
- Create a new account
If this is your first time shopping on our website, all you need to do is create an account. It’s quick, simple, and easy. Just enter your first and last name, email address and create a password.
- Log in to an existing account
If you’ve shopped with us before, welcome back! You likely already have the beginnings of an account set up (and we’ve got you in our system). That’s because whenever you place an order on our website, you are added to our secure & private customer database.
I’ve used your website before but I don’t remember making an account.
No problem! We have your email in our system; you simply need to set up a password so you can log in.
Just click the “Forget your password” link and you’ll receive an email that will give you the option of entering a password.
Once you set up your password you’ll receive an email notification confirming your account and you can now login!
I love creating accounts and do it every chance I get!
Cool! Sign in and you’re ready to roll!
Once you sign in to your account, you’ll be able to see the shipping address and your order history. That’s it, you’re good to go!! (And that’s the most complicated part of this so everything else is smoooooooth sailing)
Step 2: Start shopping!
Remember how we mentioned smooth sailing? It’s true. We’ll now be able to give you some of those good vibes for your orders!
OKAY, THAT WAS PRETTY SIMPLE. HOW DO I GET POINTS?
Glad it was easy, now let’s talk about how you get rolling!
You can always check how you get points in “Ways to earn”. We’ll be adding to this in the future but at the time of this post, we’ve got FIVE WAYS TO EARN POINTS.
We’re planning on adding to this in the near future so keep them eyes peeled for more opportunities.

Once you log into your account, you’ll actually be able to see what options you’ve got available to you right in the app!
All you need to do is click “Redeem” and that’s it! You’ll receive an email with your coupon code or you can click “Apply Code” to use the code to your current order.
HANG ON, WHAT’S THE STORY WITH THIS ‘DATABASE’? ARE YOU STORING MY INFO?
That’s a great question. We are keeping track of our orders and customers so we can answer questions about products that have been sold and for our own records/accounting. That’s it and nothing else.
I’VE HEARD ABOUT PLACES SELLING CUSTOMER INFORMATION. WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH THAT?
Unfortunately there have definitely been some controversies around companies offering loyalty programs that are doing some questionable things. In accordance with the Canadian federal legislation (known as CASL or the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation), we make sure that we’re constantly maintaining compliance with those laws and no one outside of our organization will ever have access to the information you share with us.
THIS SOUNDS INTERESTING BUT I’M NOT SURE ABOUT GIVING YOU MY INFO. IS IT SAFE?
Given the nature of our industry, we are VERY protective of your information. We maintain the highest security protocols available to access any of our internal data.
